What We Have Here, Is A Failure To Communicate

"Tell me YES, or tell me NO, but when you say NOTHING, you speak volumes about yourself."  I coined this phrase a few years ago to sum up the lack of professional courtesy throughout corporate America.  The quote:  "What we have here is a failure to communicate" from the movie Cool Hand Luke epitomizes the narcissistic society we live in today.  This video will touch on this issue within the job search process, highlighting the communication challenge between recruiters, corporate decision makers, and executive job seekers.   I would love your feedback and personal experiences in dealing with the lack of communication.
